Ticko

Introduction

Finding an event should not be hard work, and buying the ticket even less so. Ticko brings people closer to what is happening around them and takes them to the door with the ticket in their pocket. Dominate took on the development and a full redesign of the app.

The scenario

An experience with potential, still to be tuned.

Ticko already did its job, but it asked effort of whoever used it: finding events took work, buying had friction and the interface did not convey the brand's confidence. The app had to be rethought from the ground up, from the design of each flow to the technical foundation, to make it fast, intuitive and ready to scale.

Typography and colour

The project's visual language.

Typography and palette set the tone of every screen: a readable family and a short palette, with supporting tones for states and surfaces.

Inter

A sans serif designed for digital interfaces, with strong on-screen legibility and a wide range of weights.

With a new architecture and a design focused on the essentials, Ticko now guides the user naturally: from event to ticket in fewer steps. What remains is an experience coherent with the brand and a solid base to take on new events, features and users.
